Return Policy
We accept returns on non-clearance items that are in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and defective within 30 days of the delivery date. Please follow our returns/exchanges process outlined below. If items do not meet our return requirements, they will be shipped back to you, and a refund will not be issued. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (exceptions may apply).
Returns on Sale Items
Items on sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. These items are considered final sales. If we receive returned sale items, the package will be returned at the customer’s expense, and a refund will not be issued.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges follow the same guidelines as our return policy. Please note that we do not hold items while waiting for a return. If your selected option is out of stock, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Return Method
To return an item, you can return it by mail. The return amount will automatically be converted into your local currency, with the default currency being USD.
Regarding return labels, it will be your responsibility to arrange the return, unless there is a problem with the product, it will be on us.
Refund Policy
There is no restocking fee associated with returns, and refunds are processed within 5 days from the receipt of the returned item.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us via email. Include your order number, a picture of the item, and a brief explanation of the damage, defect, or incorrect item, and we will correct the issue from there. 😊
